We operate a locked door policy at our store which enables us to ensure each customer is receiving the best possible experience, and at busy times there may sometimes be a wait before we can allow you into the store whilst other customers are being helped.

Access for buggies/prams, wheelchairs or other mobility aids may be restricted at these busy times. It is particularly difficult for us to accommodate any of these at any time on a Saturday. If you are unsure about access please contact our store before visiting.

We are not able to allow dogs/animals into store at any time.

There are a number of great places to get a coffee in Camp Road, but please visit them before or after us as we cannot allow food or drink into the shop.

Visit us instore for our bespoke boot fitting service (please allow 1hr+); all our friendly staff are highly trained & know exactly how to fit Western boots.
